SRT Studios' Award Winning Artists

On Saturday the 14th of August, the Dave D Memorial Tattoo Show was held in Port Adelaide and some of our artists and clients went along for the day.

We're happy to say that not only did we have many clients enter into the tattoo competitions but two of our artists brought home awards!

Congratulations to Emma on winning 1st and 2nd place in Best Arm - Female and 1st in Best Large Colour - Female; and to Warren for getting 2nd place in Best Large Grey Wash - Male.

Thanks to all who entered into any of the categories to show of their SRT Art, and to those who came along to support our studio and the show.

Inspired by the popularity of the hit Foxtel programs “Miami Ink” and “LA Ink”, Dr Noris Ioannou and Tamara Baillie from Nexus Multi-cultural Arts Centre in Adelaide approached Tribal Mike and Morag from the Tattoo Gallery about putting together a fine art exhibition with a theme based on body art, to be run during Adelaide’s Arts Festival.
